The first race of Paramount's Running PACE series is the St. Patrick's Day 5k in Morristown. Race fees go up March 9.

In the meantime, anyone interested in joining in on the fun, I'm going to spin for about 60-90 minutes saturday morning before the 5K. Weather looks like it's going to be a wet one.

Let me know if you're interested in joining, come on over to my place 27 James Street, morristown, 1st floor. I'm about 1/2 mile from the start, so we can run over in time for the race.

start time at my place will be 7am, but you're welcome to come later. BYOT (bring your own trainer).

After the 5K I'll be heading over to Drew to watch the master's swim meet.

the _base_ment door will be open to bring your bike and trainer right in. I can pickup your race packets as well before then if you need.

Entertainment during the trainer ride will be mission impossible 3 (which I have not seen yet).

I was going to setup the tent today as a meeting point, but the forecast is calling for 30 mph winds, and I don't want to have to run after the tent after running the 5k.

Should make for an interesting race though...
