The session has already begun, and it goes until May 28. There are 5 workouts/week to choose from:

Monday: 5:30am to 7am

Tuesday: 7:30pm to 9pm

Wednesday: 5:30am to 7am

Thursday: 7:30pm to 9pm

Friday: 5:30am to 7am

Drop-in rate is $7 per session ($65/month) if you're not a Madison YMCA member.  If you are a member, it's $7/session and only $50/month.

Morning practices are at the pool at Saint Elizabeth's (go in the entrance off Route 124 at Convent Station, bear left after the guardhouse and follow around to the gym.

Evening practices take place at the Madison YMCA.
